2. The beneficial therapeutic effects of the purified glycyrrhiza polysaccharides may be attributed partly to its ability to modulate macrophage immune functions.
3. Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish. polysaccharidemay inhibit the growth of VSV, AdVIII, HSV-1 or VV and CPE is also suppressed by GPS for protecting culture cell from virus infection.
4. These two compounds were identified and considered as active inhibitors against angiogenesis.
