Oat alkaloid has multifunctional anti-inflammatory activity, including inhibiting the nf-κb-α degradation of the angular nucleus factor directly related to inflammation, preventing the phosphorylation of the P65 protein subunits on the nucleus factor NF-κb, thus blocking the process of cell inflammation, reducing the occurrence of inflammatory immune reaction and the reaction of skin neurodermatitis. Oat alkaloid can inhibit the activity of tumor necrosis factor TNF-α induce NF-κb, reduce inflammatory factors and induce the release of atopic dermatitis IL-8.
